I must say this place is pretty awesome! I walked in crying my eyes out in pain and the dentist originally said she was going to send me to an oral surgeon. I took the paperwork and was crying hysterically. The dental assistant came running outside after me and said “we can save it if you want and get out of pain immediately” I was all in. They even stayed longer just to do that for me! The dentist has a nice bedside manner and I’m a big baby when it comes to the dentist and she helped me tremendously! Could ask for a better dentist

I have had second appointment at Optima.They were kind and polite. Helping me figure out what I can do with the budget I have to work with. The girls at the desk were a lot of help.And the Dr is kind.She was reassuring me. Impressions were made .Work will begin in about 2 weeks.

Dr V and her entire staff are amazing! Kind, caring, and honest. Had to make them my permanent dental office.

Staff was very attentive and kind, answered questions and helped me out immensely. Highly recommend

The girls up front our Amazing and the doctors and rest of the staff is amazing as well!! Always help me and my family get the appointment's we need that are convenient to our schedule and take good care of us!!!

I wish I could give more then 5 starts. I am the biggest baby when it comes to the dentist. I was treated so well at this office. The staff was so professional they went over and above to make me feel comfortable. The office was very clean and all staff were following covid procedures. Dr. V was honest and compassionate. Thanks again Optima!

Was very nervous going into the office today but the staff made me feel amazing.. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I called on Monday and was given a appointment for the Wednesday this was so quick and easy thank you so much for your help and hospitality. I will recommend this offices to other ... Very friendly and helpful staff. I have been to many dentists as I have lived all over the country. I found my experience at Optima Dental to be wonderful. I chose them because of their close proximity to my home. I will continue going because they made me feel welcome.

Today was my first visit here and I will not look any further. This place is wonderful. The entire staff is warm and friendly. Clementina took such great care of me today...It didn’t feel like a dental visit 🙂 Thank you guys again!

I am very happy with this dentist. They see my entire family of 5. They are always very accommodating to get the 5 of us in the same day. An They are always very pleasant and friendly. I definitely recommend you check them out if you're needing a new dentist.

Professional and friendly staff . I was running a little late and everyone was cool about it. Filled out some paperwork and was seen almost right away.

They do a good with my checkups. Had a wisdom tooth pulled a couple months ago and felt absolutely no pain afterwards!! Only think is, I’m 50 and have been to a lot of dentists in my time and this is the first place that doesn’t floss your teeth, which I don’t understand.

I have been going to this dentist since it opened almost 6 years ago. When they opened they were GREAT! Friendly fast everything you would want in a dentist office. Now.... Forget it! I wait it least an hour to get called back the room. Im rushed through both cleaning and filings. Ive had a filings done there that NEEDED to replaced by another dentist due to them speeding through and doing a poor job. My least cleaning was a joke. She "polished" my front teeth and told me I was done. I waited an hour to have my front teeth poorly polished. I used to love Dr. Viji. She got to big for her britches now so she has NO time to explain anything. As a patient you just a number and money. The more people they get in an out in a day the more money they make. There was hope in José. But even he left the practice.
